Biryani

PS060 Traditional way of cooking biryani with la-ham (beef).  The rice
is cooked in big aluminum pots (above in the photo) and the beef cooked
separately is covered tightly with aluminum foil.  The lid is pressed
tightly against the pot with the help of heavy objects like stone.
